Colleen Mulvihill

I have practiced yoga since 2005. After a life of playing competitive sports, with little concern for anything beyond “winning”, I was amazed at how yoga got me out of my head, and taught me how to bring mindfulness to my body, breath and my inner self. It taught  me how to get to a place of awareness and peace, while challenging myself both physically and mentally.


With a desire to share my love of yoga with others, I  pursued teacher training in 2016, at Urban Breath Yoga in Maplewood. I am now a 200 hour RYT and I am the owner of Time For Yoga, LLC. I offer group classes, special event yoga, yoga for your conference attendees, and one-on-one yoga sessions. 


With a focus on yoga for every body, I strive to make classes accessible to all who want to incorporate more movement, mind-body connection, and self-care into their life. So, if you’ve ever thought, “I’m not flexible enough to do yoga”, or “I don’t look like people who do yoga”, then you’ve come to the right place! No flexibility required here, and every body is a yoga body!

I offer hatha yoga classes with elements of hatha basics, gentle yoga, restorative, and yin yoga. Meditation and breath work are important components of every class as well.

Body Mindfulness Yoga

Yoga for every body and everybody. Gentle, slow-paced yoga to increase flexibility and bring awareness to, enliven and energize our bodies. For beginners, all levels, all body types, all ages. In this class, we will focus on our breath and tune-in to our bodies. 

We will explore basic hatha yoga poses, while we quiet the mind and experience the magnificence of simple, mindful connection of mind and body. 

Treat yourself, and be prepared to leave your stress and tension behind.

Payment method: credit card on-site, check made payable to Time for Yoga, LLC, or cash.
