Bio Energy Shaking Meditation

We are created by energy, and, through working with energy we can transform our lives. Shaking is one of the world’s oldest traditions. Most of us have blocks where the energy does not freely flow within our body and our life.  Focused practice of Bio-energy Shaking Meditation awakens the sacred Kundalini fire, the untapped dormant energy that resides in all of us. Once awoken, its function is to clean us on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level, as it burns away any negative blocks we may be holding on to. Your Bio-Energy Shaking experience at Casa Bagus will be supported and introduced by Dieter

Pauwels, a Bio Energy Shaking practitioner who trained under the guidance of Spiritual Energy Master Ratu Bagus in Bali.  Click here for more info.

Guided Meditation

The intention of our Guided Meditations is to expand our field of awareness beyond the personal limitation of the self-serving ego mind, allowing us to discover new insights, to create new possibilities, to create more clarity and to give a voice to the fearless questions of the heart. We often silence our inner voice, or even dismiss it, and make decisions from a conditioned and fearful mindset. But what might happen if we awaken and trust the wisdom of our intuitive senses? What stops us from listening? What if you could re-create yourself, not in accordance with the standards of others, or beliefs and rules from your past, but in accordance with your hearts’ desires and aspirations, fully resonant with the essence of who you are?

No meditation experience is required, only a genuine yearning for deeper meaning and fulfillment; a sincere longing to experience greater happiness and joy.We will present a new topic every week or create a series around a certain theme.

Our Guided Meditations are facilitated by Dieter Pauwels.
